The best office ever!! The staff is great and attentive, Laura knows what you WANT. Sarah is the sweetest girl always answering the phone and providing the best answers. Monica is cutting glasses in the back, and when my glasses came in she rushed them for me! If you have ever met the Doctor you know he is the best man ever! He is quick yet takes time to make sure you understand everything. Dr.Sutton set me up with the best contacts ever called Acuvue, after using Coopervision for years. Thank you Doctor Sutton and thank you to the staff!! BEST experience ever!

My daughter Isabella, Alicya, and myself get our glasses every year at Dr Sutton office. We have had Amazing customer service by ALL staff and Dr Sutton. They have such patients with my girls, especially my daughter Isabella who always seems to break her glasses. I highly recommend this office to any age. Very good customer service, patience, nice frames, respectful, knowledgeable and very polite.. thank you Dr Sutton and staff. Keep up the good work!

I'm not much for leaving reviews but I've been coming to this office for years and I wanna be clear that Michael is a very welcoming hospitable gentleman, and I only wish I could say the same about the rest of his staff. Specifically this very peculiar older receptionist, who either is a germaphobe, no social skills or just plain full of her self because ever since first meeting her, her energy is just very off putting. I know we all have bad days (understandable). But it's seems every day is a bad day for her no matter the time, so maybe she hates her job or just plain dark and miserable and wants to make sure everyone around her, feels the same. Such a shame because I don't even live in the area anymore but I liked Michael. The frames ehh not so much (which btw they've had the EXACT same ones for YEARS!!!!) , I could find better online or literally anywhere else.. so why would anyone continue to give you guys business, when the face of it has such a poor attitude?! Also you guys are becoming OBSOLETE!!! Remember that next time someone steps in your office 👋🏽

Been with these guys for nearly 15 years. Service is relatively nice, rarely had a few bad encounters with staff, especially during busy hours, maybe I’m just lucky. I really only go once or twice a year for yearly check up or for minor glasses fixes. They have a recent staff change, which I found surprising, they are very nice as long as you are polite. I’ve never really had an issue with these optometry place or staff, you just need a bit of patience and understanding. Also do not last minute schedule appointments, do at least a month in advance, sometimes they call a week or a few days of an appointment that they scheduled for you, usually doesn’t work out. That’s really the only con. They offer a lot of high brand glasses and contacts services. Recommend asking questions if you don’t know where to start with optometry appointments.

I have been a returning customer with Dr.Sutton for over 5 years now. Whether it’s for a yearly exam for a new pair, or help fixing an existing pair of glasses, he always delivers the best method friendliest to his customers. One of the many reasons why I continue to return to him.
