Dr. Lin and Mr. Marron are both super helpful and kind. Dr. Lin was super thorough in her exam and explained everything she did as she went, and spent a lot of time with me answering various questions I had. Wonderful experience overall - thank you!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Chris and her outstanding courtesy, understanding and care. I developed an eyelid infection and inflammation, and Dr. Chris went way beyond the box to help me deal with it. She was caring and asking about me via text and phone calls. I don’t know where I would be right now. If it wasn’t for her, she made my anxiety somehow easier, and in pain she knew, how to handle me she is a very direct and conscientious doctor. Christian was also amazing to put up with my complaint. I am not the easiest person as I was told because I am very straightforward and like answers like yesterday Dr. Chris you and I can’t thank you enough for putting up with me until next time you have me over 1000,000 times thank you again
I just had my first visit here with Doctor Kobayashi. I am happy to say that the great reviews are deserved. I have found my new eye doctor. She was thorough in testing and evaluating, straight forward and very personable. I look forward to trusting her with my vision.
I love this office. Cristian was SO helpful with me picking out my glasses/sunglasses. I never felt rushed and appreciated his input in choosing. Dr. Irene was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the new technology this office uses during exams.
Both doctors are extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I always feel very welcomed and well taken care of, highly recommend to anyone. The office is very comfortable and has very warm and friendly office staff. Very grateful for Monarch Bay Optometry!
