I had a really great experience at Monroe Eye Care. I was feeling anxious before my visit but everyone there made the whole process very comfortable. Debbie at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The technician who did the imaging was patient and explained everything clearly. Dr. Shefali Miglani was so sweet, thorough and made the exam feel very easy and reassuring. The optician who helped me choose glasses options was also very helpful and didn’t rush me at all. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the level of care and customer service.

I had my initial visit with Dr. A Agrawal at the Monroe Eye Care today and I am so impressed. From the front desk receptionist to the technicians, everyone was professional, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Agrawal was incredibly attentive, listened carefully to all my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend this team!

I came here just to make sure my number was same as I was intending to get new glasses to replace the ones that I lost. First they said retinal scan ($55) would be faster than dilation ($0) by 30 min. I opted for the dilation for free of charge. Reached at 12:46 for 1 pm appointment. They did initial checks by 1:30 and eye drops by 1:50 and was told to wait for 20 minutes. After asking at 2:20 and every 10 min thereafter I was informed the room was not free but didn’t take me in till 2:56pm after which I left.
