Best eyeglass purchasing experience I've ever had. Tom is friendly and knowledgeable, and he's curated a beautiful collection of top designers, along with some unique, niche brands I haven’t seen anywhere else—all at a wide range of price points. I paid about a third of what I was quoted elsewhere. (The low reviews are related to a neighboring practice rather than Tom’s eyewear service.) I’ve already ordered a second pair and have highly recommended Tom to family and friends. If you’re looking for quality eyewear, fair pricing, and outstanding service, Monroe Eye Center is an excellent choice!

Tom is amazing! About a month ago one of the arms of my glasses broke and Tom got me in immediately and within the hour they were fixed (he also had a room full of scheduled patients). Fast forward to less than a week ago and the other arm fell off shortly before I was about to be on a flight. I called Tom and he told me to come in and they were fixed within 15 minutes. All for a very small fee! Tom is a lifesaver and highly suggested if you ever need your glasses repaired in a bind

Tom has always been very helpful when it comes to questions, concerns or care regarding my vision. He also answers in a very timely manner. This has been the best eye center I have gone to.

Thomas went out of his way to help me when my new progressive lenses were causing double vision. He thoroughly examined the lenses, pinpointed the issue, and patiently made multiple micro-adjustments until my vision was perfect. No more double vision. Thomas is knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him.

I would not recommend this place. I called last week to schedule an eye exam. The gentleman that answered the phone kinda laughed when I told him what I was calling for.He proceeded to tell me the doctor there wasn't very good and gave me a number to another doctor to go and get the exam from, but to come on on after I got the script to get the script filled.
