My family and I have been patients at Monroe Vision Associates for several years now. Our scheduled appointments have always been started on time and completed in a timely fashion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Donlon is exceptional. His eye exams are always very thorough and never rushed. On the occasion we see the other staff optometrists, they too are very good. We highly recommend Monroe Eye Associates.
I placed a phone call to Monroe Vision Associates on 5/1/26 out of concern for vision alteration from a headache. They were able to fit me in right away and gave me all the tests one would need to rule out certain eye conditions. All the staff beginning with the scheduler, the eye nurse/associate, and Dr. Donlon were professional, attentive and delivered exceptional care from the moment I stepped into the office. Dr.Donlon is amazing! He really cares for his patients, and I always get the best eye care here. I even recently had an emergency and they worked the schedule to get me in same day. They have so many different styles of glasses to choose from. Darlene has always helped me choose the best frames for my face & style. She is so sweet! I had lost my glasses on commute to my retirement home. They actually stayed late and made me new glasses and gave me an exam. Wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful!
