I've been going to Dr. Joseph Lee, OD my eye doctor for more than four years, and every experience has been excellent. My appointment today was quick, smooth, and very well organized—it took less than 25 minutes from start to finish, but I never felt rushed. One of the things I appreciate most is that the doctor takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. He shows me detailed images of my eyes, points out exactly what he's looking at, and explains the overall health of my vision. I always leave feeling informed and confident that I'm receiving outstanding care. The entire office is great. The front desk staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, making check-in and scheduling easy every time. It's refreshing to find a medical office that values both efficiency and patient education. I had a great experience with Monroe Vision. One of their employees noticed a concern with my child’s eye and recommended we schedule an appointment to make sure everything was healthy.
