I have been a client of this business for many years. Always had a great experience here, however I received an invoice after I had been told I had paid my account in full not once but twice. On receiving the invoice I called and asked for an itemized invoice, which I never saw(my invoice simply said "balance forward" on it). I did not receive any further communication or invoices until the account hit over 120 days past due. This time I did get an itemized invoice after calling and requesting one, but it was incorrect-it had the wrong payment amount and no charges at all for the contact lenses I had purchased. I brought this to their attention and once again no one has gotten back to me. I like to support local small businesses but it is obviously time for me to move on from this one.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill over the past year or 2. Customer service is terrible. The new guy that deals with the glasses is not helpful. I had my 12yr old son there to look for new frames and the guy would not help us. Acted like we were wasting his time. The ladies behind the desk are extremely rude. We tried to setup an exam appointment for him and they say that our insurance no longer covers eyecare. I called our insurance and they stated that we do. When trying to tell the lady, she came off extremely rude saying that my insurance were lying to me. We have been going to this place for a few years. The staff has really changed. We wish we knew where the older gentlemen that ran the glasses went to.
I had a bad experience with telling the front desk staff my vision insurance and never wrote it down on my record when I told them multiple times. The front desk staff used to be better but it’s not! I recommend not going there.
Dropped off my glasses to get bent back into shape before Christmas, I understandably couldn't pick them up until after the New Year. Just went to pick them up and they're now in worse condition with one of the lenses out and a pin stuck in the frame, and the new guy there showed me an "itemized" sticky note about how it would cost me $190 for them to get me new frames and I could get $30 off if I sent it into insurance. I've had glasses repaired here before, and I've bought glasses here before. The doctor I used to see must have sold the place or something because this is now a joke and I'll go to Pearl Vision or one of the other giant optometry places that are killing places like this. Super disappointed. Used to love this place.
This clinic is charging 160% above Costco prices for contacts. My wife’s contacts are $62 at Costco and this clinic is charging $161. Absolutely unacceptable. They also refuse to call anyone back and do not remind clients that they are due for appointments.
