I had been using a different establishment but was very displeased with how I was treated. I changed to here by my Dr referral. I have been going for 5 months and have been treated in such an outstanding manner I am surprised. I just love their care and service. Thank you so very much.

Good to see all of you today. Thanks for all in the different stations for my exam. A special shout out to Laurie for the soothing eye drops after my injection. Made the trip home to Deer Lodge much better. Again thanks to all
I originally went in because I thought a contact had gone underneath my eyelid, cause I couldn’t find it. While in there, doctor Neumeister made it sound like the woman that I saw at Walmart doesn’t know her job and told me that I needed to come in to have my eyes dilated. Not a problem it’s gonna cost me about 120 bucks. Not the case I go in and they did more than just dilated my eyes without telling me they fitted me for contacts and more. They did multiple things and what should’ve been probably about no more than $150 ended up being $390. I paid my bill in full there because what are you gonna do? Just to see that, they have issued me an invoice saying that I owe them $40 for a contact fitting when it’s already been paid. I feel like I was led on and then over excessively charged for something that I didn’t agree to. there was no prior we’re gonna fit you for contacts nothing I was just there to have my eyes dilated. I called three other eye clinics around town and they ranged from $125-$140 just to have your eyes dilated.
Just got my new glasses, tried to get fitted, didn't work well. I was told that you had to re order a new lens for one hot a little chip in it. Don't know the name of the girl who helped me order my bifocals, but I hope she's there when you call me to let me know my replacement lens is there to pick up in a week or 2, so I can get some help getting them fitted, or a replacement pair, if my insurance will cover them. Thanks.
I was referred by a friend. My initial impression was not the best. Prior to my first visit, I was not told that my eyes would be dilated, which prolonged the appointment time. I was on my lunch break so it caused me to get back to work a little bit late. I should have asked how long the appointment would take, but I had been to other clinics where you are rushed through the process, leading me to believe that all clinics were this way. However, during my appointment, the testing was very thorough. The tech did most of the testing, and I only met with the Dr. for a few minutes. A pair of trial lenses were given to me to try for a week or two. My vision with the new lenses was much improved and I felt as though the Montana Valley Eye Clinic did a much better job at evaluating my vision than the last two places I had visited in previous years. At my follow up appointment where my vision was evaluated with the trial contacts, it was concluded that I was seeing 20/20 in one eye and 20/15 in the other. These contacts are extremely comfortable too. I was provided prescriptions for both contacts and glasses, and was given the option to order through their clinic or elsewhere, with no pressure to order through them. They took the time to explain my optical benefits to me and what exactly would and would not be covered under insurance. ***IMPORTANT... the last two places I went for contacts charged extra for a 'fitting' when evaluating my trial contacts, which was not covered under insurance. Montana Valley did NOT charge extra for this... it was included in the initial exam fee. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Montana Valley Eye Clinic's thoroughness and customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
