All of the staff have consistently been incredibly kind, immensely helpful, and infinitely patient. Shawna helped me put in and take out contacts for the first time - super tough for me, but she dedicated a huge chunk of her day to help me figure it out and get to a place where I would be successful with it going on with it on my own. She changed my life:) I am so grateful to her and the Shopko staff in Missoula! Thank you so very much.

While the doctors are great, so of the best in town, the glasses service leads a lot to be desired. I ordered a pair and was told 10-14 days. Three weeks go by without hearing anything, figure I would call. I am told its still processing and because my prescription is high it's probably taking longer. Okay. Another two weeks go by with no word. I call them, they tell me the same exact thing (with the addition of "oh they should have charged you for this extra fee"). And then the woman is literally like "what do you want me do about it?" Like I don't know, maybe give me some inkling that you actually know when I will recieve the glasses I paid for! It just felt very frustrating. So I asked for a refund and to their credit they provided one seemingly without issue. I honestly would have waited longer had they provided any real notion that my order was still progressing, instead I just got indifference and insinuated that I should have paid more.

Very unfriendly front desk staff and a disappointing experience with the optometrist. The front desk was not friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt cold. R. Jackson, OD, seemed rushed and made the appointment feel uncomfortable. She spoke very quickly, almost like reading from a script, and did not take the time to ensure we understood everything. The eye exam felt rushed, as if I was being pushed out, even though there was no line or wait. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to Shopko.

They helped me get my glasses repaired quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Super friendly and professional.

Eve was very friendly! She helped me with getting a new pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses. They had many options for customizing the glasses and she was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me pick the right thing.
