The eye doctor was equally impressive—very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt completely confident in the care I received. From the moment I walked in, Anna greeted me warmly with a genuine smile, making me feel welcome right away. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in handling my paperwork and appointment scheduling. Anna went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, and her patience and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I’ve been going to this location for about 10 years, and up until last year they always did a good job. Last year, they told me that my prescription had not changed, despite me not being able to see well. I came back a few weeks ago and my vision has significantly declined, I cannot see well. I can’t read street signs, and I couldn’t even read the vision test. Despite all of that, the doctor told me I can see fine, even though I explained that I couldn’t. She left the door open during my exam and kept all the lights on, which I’m not sure may have affected the results. She was also nasty and rude, and then proceeded to bring up my medical history that has nothing to do with my vision. The woman at the front desk with the glasses, who has worked there for years, is always super kind, welcoming, and helpful.
