My eyeglass frame broke, but my lenses were still in perfect condition. I bought a replacement frame online and brought it to Mott Street Optical to have the lenses swapped. I expected to pay for the service, but they kindly did it for free and even refused my tip. Their generosity and professionalism were truly appreciated. Kind people like them make a real difference.
We went to Chinatown to have lunch and do some shopping. After walking around a bit after lunch, we went to Mott St Optical to look for new glasses and to adjust a pair we bought here some time ago. The people there are so nice and helpful even though they are constantly busy. A great place to shop. Highly recommend.
The other store suggested I get a new pair of glasses, but this store is fast, and the technician is so nice. Highly recommend!
Have been getting my glasses here since 1979. Chris is my go-to person now. He’s very patient and customer oriented. I walk out happy every time with my new glasses!
Service is above and beyond. The eye doctor is patient, the glasses store staff are very thoughtful to your price and style preferences, even recommending options (which is how I ended up with a great pair!). Their prices are also very good and they have a huge selection. I will be coming back here for all of my glasses needs.
