N.Y Eye & Ear Infirmary

It's been over 24 hours since my appointment and I have yet to recieve my prescription which was supposed to be an antibiotic eye drop. I have chronic styes and it's pretty important to do the eye drops as soon as possible so it doesn't get worse and more inflamed. I called many many times spoke to two people on the phone said they both sent messages to the doctor to fill the script. And still no prescription sent to my pharmacy. There is no way to get in contact with any of the drs directly and this place does not use Mychart. The doctors are friendly but the whole point of going to an urgent walk in appointment is to recieve help so why did I even go!?!

A week ago, I had surgery here. It’s still far too early to judge the final results, and my surgeon — along with the entire surgical team — deserves a separate review once I’ve healed. But today I want to thank every single person who took care of me during my stay. Every fear I had about surgery, anesthesia, and the entire experience simply disappeared. What I expected to be one of the most frightening days of my life became one of the warmest and kindest experiences I have ever had. I honestly cannot remember another 24 hours in my life where I received so much kindness, patience, support, and genuine care. Every single person who interacted with me brought calm, compassion, and reassurance at a moment when I was in pain, scared, confused, and could barely even see clearly after surgery. None of these people owed me anything. Yet they treated me with such warmth that, somehow, my hospital stay felt almost like being at a resort. I will never forget that feeling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had an excellent experience during my annual ophthalmology visit with Paul A. Sidoti, MD at NYEE. Dr. Sidoti was extremely professional and brought over 30 years of experience, which was evident throughout the visit. The examination was thorough and top quality, and I felt confident and well cared for every step of the way. I am very grateful to his wonderful assistant, Julianne Velez, for recommending Dr. Sidoti. Her guidance led me to an outstanding physician and a truly positive experience..

I had the most smooth and wonderful experience here. everyone i encountered from security to the Surgeons were amazing and helpful. I had surgery and from financial to discharge everything was seamless and I was comfortable while extremely nervous. the team took care of me every step of the way. Special gratitude to Dr. Dayan for the delicate and important service he provided me. 5 🌟 all the way.

I just received an upper bleph in another country and was due to remove the sutures. I was feeling defeated after multiple urgent cares and emergency departments turned me down, many of the providers refusing to work over another doc’s work or feeling uncomfortable with removing the stitches. I was a walk in, however, the medical team here really made the effort to prioritize my care and I was in and out within 2 hours. Special shoutout to front desk Annette, the nurse Angela, and Dr. Huang! They made the process so seamless and quick for me! Thank you so much!!
