I am changing my review as I want to express that although I still feel the prices are way too high (prescription) frames starting at $249, I will say that the young lady that is the customer associate was very helpful, professional and courteous. She is my saving grace (sorry I do not remember her name) not on purpose, just my memory.

I had a same day appointment with Dr. Schafran and was so impressed with the whole experience. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and gave me great advice on choosing contact lenses that fit my lifestyle. He also did a full exam for both my contacts and new glasses, and made sure to check my overall eye health including an MRI, eye pressure test, and a detailed check of my eye’s blood vessels. Dr. Schafran took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I left confident that my vision and eye health are in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Rang the door bell three times with 3 employees inside all on their phones watching whatever not paying attention, had to then knock for a lady to open the door and explain that she didn’t feel comfortable helping me adjust my sunglasses despite telling her I didn’t mind being liable and was extremely unhelpful while everyone else in there ignored me. Don’t go here

This store was just remodeled and is very beautiful. They have great quality eyewear. The manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable, she was great. I Definitely recommend this optical store.

I hadn’t gone to an eye doctor in more than three years after a rough experience, so I was pretty nervous about trying a new place…But it turned out to be totally stress-free. The staff was super nice and helpful, and made me feel comfortable right away. If you’re looking for an eye doctor, this place is where you want to go.
