The staff were very polite and efficient. Dr. Jones was very professional and informative. I did not feel rushed as he took the time to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.
Dr. Jason (I forgot his last name) was the sweetest man! He answered all the questions I had about my vision very kindly and was also very patient with me. He was very personable. I will definitely be coming back!
Overall, doctors office was very nice. The store side young ladies working were very helpful up until the moment an older lady heard me say something about ordering online. She then instructed them not to help me and became very hostile and start making very rude comments. When I asked why she was so upset and requested a supervisor team. She informed me that she was the manager and any complaints would go to her and not make any difference to her.
My experience coming to mommy Valley vision consultants has always been a great experience. They’re very thorough and what they do and it helps that they’re located inside of LensCrafters so after you get your prescription, you can get a pair of glasses at LensCrafters, but my experience is always been pleasant. Never a dull moment. I enjoy seeing Dr. Stephen Rogers and I will recommend this place to anyone who not only wants to get a thorough examination but a comprehensive examination but hey, you don’t have to take my word for it. Come check it out yourself.
Great doctors and staff. Only reason not a five stars is it felt like they were overbooked and waited 45-60 to get in for my appointment.
