This place is crazy had a appointment they call 45 minutes before time to be there to remind me of appointment because I didn't respond to to the text message that was sent at 12:45am that morning before appointment. Got there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork in waiting room was waiting to be called back for eye exam was called David so I did not pay attention to them because the lady called out David not my name. So she said are you coming to do eye exam i said my name is Derek you called for David. Go to do exam it was the fastest eye exam I had ever done less than 10 minutes at the most. Go next door to ask about putting lenses in frames that I had less than a year the lady made me feel like they was no good needed new frames.Did not try to adjust or anything of that nature. So got a gut feeling that I needed to go where I usually go. So went there to see about lenses in frames that I got last April still under warranty they adjust them and also said frames was in great shape putting new lenses was no problem them they looked at prescription had the wrong name on prescription David not Derek. Called back to them to see if they would fix it and send the prescription with right name they said sure will send it by email, gave them my when made appointment and while on the call to get right name on prescription. We'll still haven't got the email with right name on prescription to get the right lenses with a place I trust and have been going to for years. I hate len's cafter's doesn't do eye exams there self and place next door doesn't take my insurance. Gald I have 2 different eye insurance to use at this time because this business is like a chop shop. Very unprofessional business.

Just made an appointment here and got one within a week. This will be my 3rd year coming here. I won't go anywhere else. The doctor and staff are very helpful they answer any questions you may have. They make sure you understand everything before you leave. I like that you can get your glasses at the same place. They have a good selection of frames and they explain everything about the glasses from the frames to the extras you maybe interested in. Mavis has helped me each time I've been there and she's very knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing your frames that will work best for you. You are not rushed here they let you take your time deciding what you like best. Over all a good experience.
Scott booked me right in for the next available time slot that jives with my schedule super fast easy process not to mention Scott's a really funny guy had me laughing
Well I went there about 2 years ago. I had great service and I got 2 pairs of glasses. Transitional lenses. And everything went great. My insurance covered all of this. I might had to pay very little. This year when I went to them they said that I could get the no- line bifocals and transitional lenses. But I could only afford the cheapest frames there and I still had to pay almost $80. Extra. Well the first week they broke and they said they would replace them. Got the new frames and they broke a second time. They said they would replace them 1 more time since it's only been a week. But they also said if they brake again I would have to pay for them. Well in less than a week they broke again. They said that I would have to pay for the frames. So I have no glasses and going to have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else to get glasses that will not brake the first time you put them on. I think that is pretty crappy of them. It was shoty frames there are trying to get me to keep buying them. I mean 3 times same frame keeps breaking.
I had a fantastic experience at National Optical with Dr. Boro. The service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Dr. Boro took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam, which made me feel confident and well-informed about my eye health. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, including being fitted for both glasses and contacts. As someone without vision insurance, I really appreciated that the prices were very reasonable—and even more importantly, all costs were explained upfront with complete transparency. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for efficient, thorough, and affordable eye care!
