Horrible customer service , the lady who I finally got too answer the phone after the 12th time calling was rude and not helpful at all. I HIGHLY recommend using anywhere other than here. The ladies working inside are just as rude and unprofessional, I will be getting our glasses else where from now on. HORRIBLE

The women who work in the vision center are so rude. Every single time they are so rude when I was ordering glasses, picking them up or when I go for an adjustment. They act like you're bothering them. I just took them in today to get an adjustment and she told me they were fine. She tried to Gaslight me that they weren't crooked but they certainly were and she finally adjusted them. I won't go back to this place because they are just so difficult to deal with.
On July 31st I went in the Bonsack Walmart vision center to look at glasses. They were busy at first for a little bit, so I started looking and trying on. As time went by, all customers left and seemed quiet. I kept looking and still no one to come help me. Two ladies at 2 separate times walked over almost near me and asked if I was finding everything OK and then left . I kept looking and still no one to help me. I was humiliated and left. They lost a sale! Go get some glasses if you didn't see me standing there, you pathetic workers and you're in the wrong job!
Stay clear of this eye center. Two of the employees at this vision center are totally unqualified. My optometrist wrote me a prescription for safety glasses that would be plane lens at the top and reading glasses at the bottom. It took over a month for the glasses to come back wrong--the lady who ordered them put the order in as reading lenses all the way across. The manager, Toni, seemed to understand what the prescription should have been and sent the glasses off to be redone. When I went to pick them up and tried them on the reading part was where it should have been but I was seeing a distortion in the middle part. Rather than let me try to figure out what was going on with them, the "gentleman" who was supposed to be helping me kept saying they were right. When I put the glasses down on the counter, he accused me of throwing them at him. When I tried to get him to listen to what I was saying, he accused me of yelling at him. Things got ugly and the Wal Mart manager was called in. These people lied to the manager saying they had "helped" me several times. I personally don't find it helpful to have to keep going back into town to pick up glasses that weren't ordered from the lab correctly in the first place. Unless you want to deal with dumb and dumber stay clear of this eye center.
I went to Wal-Mart hoping to find frames that would fit my lenses from a pair of frames that broke. The optician and I looked for a pair of frames that were similar in shape. We looked very closely at the lenses while doing this. She found a frame that she said she could "shrink" to fit my lenses. She took my lenses and the frame and proceeded to change the lenses. I was happy that this was an option and in my excitement of saving money, did not inspect the glasses on site. When I got home and looked at the glasses, one of the lenses was damaged. There were chunky chips along the edge of one lens. I called immediately and returned to the store. The technician denied doing it, saying it was already there. Since I had tried to tape the ear piece on in the morning, and cleaned my glasses (I do this daily) and saw no chips. I know for a fact that the damage was done at the shop. The chips were very apparent and I would have noticed them at home and we would also have noticed it when looking closely at them while selecting a frame. A good optician would hesitate to try to fit them in a frame IF there were chips in the lens. I do not appreciate her lying to save herself. They did insert my lenses back into my old frames and refunded my money for the returned frames.
