While the staff was very pleast, the product not so much. I have taken my glasses back at least 3 times a month sense i got them and the lenses are always popping out. I bought a new set of frames and it still happened. Bought a whole differnt set frames and lenses i walked out the door the lense fell out and broke i brought it back in and the lady at the counter said she couldnt do anything. While the other lady said she watched it happen. I will go back here for my eye exam but not for glasses.
