Awesome employees. I accidentally went to the wrong office. The staff was great about waiting for me to get to the Greenway/32 st, phoenix location where my scheduled appointment was. The office staff was very friendly and attentive. No high pressue sales pitches. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough. In fact it was the best exam I've had compared to other stores. I felt like she took time and covered all the bases during the exam and was very helpful answering my questions. When time to checkout, i was given several options towards the purchase of new glasses and was informed of on going specials i could use for the best bang for my buck saving me money. This office is my new go to for my eye care.

the staff is fantastic and made me feel comfortable right away, which helped because I usually get a little anxious about appointments. The eye doctor took their time explaining everything about my vision and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they had a good variety of frames, so I didn’t feel stuck choosing something I didn’t love. The pricing felt reasonable too. The only downside was a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, I felt taken care of and would go back again.
