I am very happy and satisfied with the doctor and staff at New Era Eyecare. Addie is very articulate and friendly, explaining and guiding me through each procedure. Jonny paid close attention to my needs and preferences for glasses and frames. He was very patient, explaining all the available features and prices to me. He walked me through how to select the best product to fit my needs and made the process very easy for me to choose what I wanted. Dr. Sharleen He is the best optometrist I have ever seen. Her procedures are meticulous and detailed. She explained each step patiently and pointed out my health issues, offering excellent suggestions. She is very responsible and professional, with highly developed skills as a doctor. I am very pleased to have met all of them and to have had such a wonderful experience to share. I highly recommend New Era Eyecare to anyone seeking exceptional service and care. Their dedication and professionalism truly make a difference.

I highly recommend New Era Eyecare in Arlington. Dr. Adair, Marco and the rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic. I've been to lots of other eye care centers and this one beats them all. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. Will definitely be back and will be telling my friends about them!

Great experience as usual for my family. We were lucky to have Mr Michael, the eye Doctor and all staff at the Arlington location. They all took care of me, explained to me the procedures, and what I needed to do based on my condition. I am grateful for all their insight and their recommendations for the type of frame and the lenses I needed. Thank you, well done

I visited New Era Eyecare yesterday afternoon and instantly fell in love with this place. The entire team was awesome, welcoming, and truly helpful. The doctor took his time to carefully evaluate my needs and shared clear, informative guidance along with teaching and learning advice that I sincerely appreciated. He is absolutely wonderful. I walked away feeling more knowledgeable and cared for than ever before. Everyone made me feel comfortable and supported, and the level of attention was outstanding.
