This was my first visit here and it was excellent! Everyone from Jose at the front desk, to Natasha (clinical medical assistant), to Dr. Hueman, were friendly, helpful, and informative. I really appreciate the level of patient care here and I look forward to my follow up visits!

Dr. Hueman is fantastic! Excellent bedside manner, quick with treatment/procedures, but also patient to answer any questions/concerns. The front desk staff are also very kind and pleasant. Even though it’s tough to get an appointment sometimes - it’s worth it!
My daughter has been seen at this practice for 17 years, since she was 3 years old. We have never had any issues until today when she went in for an appointment that was scheduled 4 months ago and was told by the front desk person that they no longer took our insurance and said we should have verified this before coming in for the appointment. My daughter had some additional questions regarding whether or not she could still be seen, the woman got confused, said she would have to check and chastised her for taking up too much time asking questions and causing a line behind her. This is unacceptable for the first person you see to treat you this way. I have zero complaints about the rest of the staff and the doctors, but they need to consider someone else to be the first person people interact with at this practice.
Made new patient appointments with NCEENT in Cary back in November 2025 for my parents who recently moved here, knowing you can’t get in for a few months. Got scheduled appointments for March 2026. Got a call few weeks before the appointments saying Dr. will be unavailable that day and next available rescheduled appointments were end of May 2026. Then got a call again a month before May appointments saying the Dr. won’t be available again and next available appointments won’t be until Aug/Sept. This is almost a year later from when I started scheduling the appointments. Unacceptable!!! Rescheduled with another practice/Dr. for May. Beware!! I’ve read other reviews of the same thing happening to them.
After waiting forever on a cancel list, I finally received an ophthalmology appointment for my child two weeks ago. Due to the icy roads NCENT in Cary understandably closed on Monday, but when I called to see about a make up date, they said the best we can do is March! Two months away. Very disappointed.
