State of the art technology, incredible knowledge and the knowledge to use the equipment, and the industry they all represent. From Customer Service (Brittany who answers the phones and checks you out after your appointment). To Ramy (Technician) she is so calming and enjoyable to work with and makes you laugh (Blink, Blink, Blink). To Dr. Winslow who does my Diabetic exam and is very through and takes the time to know what to expect, asking questions and listening to your concerns and offers options and details to help make decisions moving forward. He is awesome as well as Dr. Badwan. I have been going to him for a very long time now. Always looking forward to visiting with him and discussing my needs, concerns and options. He is also very calming and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. The whole group works as a team and the environment is very uplifting and when you go you see the same team no one's leaves this practice and that says alot from the Doctors that run it! Thank you for all you do!!!

Dr Hopkins and staff are top notch. Had an emergency issue happen with my wife’s eye and they got me in within minutes. Their prices are reasonable and expertise is even better. Don’t hesitate and always go here
As always I love doctor Hopkins. He’s a wonderful doctor and always makes things clear leaving us feeling comfortable, seen, and knowledgeable about our eye health. The front staff however, seems to always be a little unprepared or new. The process takes way to long. Idk if I’m wrong in they seem to be two separate portions(eye care and products) but that’s how it feels and I wanna skip that part all together. Just check me out, I’ll buy my contacts and glasses else where. We just needed to order contacts and check out for the exam and it took over 30 minutes. They had to switch out people because one didn’t know contacts, then back to the other, then someone else had to step in, which had to be discussed to figure that out. Then there card machine wasn’t working. but instead of assuming it was the machine they had me run 3 different cards which put me in a panic. To top it all off it was nearly $1,000 for 2 exams and 6 months worth of contacts for 2 people with insurance. That is insanity. I will continue to see doctor Hopkins but I will not be buying anything from the product part again and hopefully I will be out of there faster.
I had the honor and privilege of going to the the best eye doctor / optometrist IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA! DR Badwan, his awesome office manager Leslie, and the entire freaking staff is the best of the best! Not only is his office state of the art with equipment but everybody that works there is a cut above and treats you like family. It doesn't matter if it's your 1st visit or your 47th visit. If you're looking for the best optometrist you just found him at Wake Family Eye Care Dr. Badwan. Your Welcome!! 😃 Todd B.
Staff is always friendly. Didn't pressure me to buy glasses. Only thing I did not like is that they make it mandatory to do a cancer screening test that insurance does not cover. One would think that if a test was mandatory, insurance would pay for it. I have great insurance so I will file for reimbursement. Feels like eye clinics are becoming like car dealerships.
