I L-O-V-E The Vision Studio! Everyone here is SO friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kasper and Dr. White are amazing, and do not make you feel like just another patient. The front office staff is also great, I always appreciate their pleasant and accommodating responses via text (as well as in office). Sadly, you don't get good customer service like that everywhere, and it is a large part of the customer experience. I work in healthcare, and I really value these details so I choose my providers very carefully! Your staff is just as important a part of the customer experience as the doctors are. Furthermore, I will be eternally grateful for Dr. White and his expertise with dry eye. I've complained of dry eye symptoms to my previous eye doctors for many, many years. I had issues with contact lense comfort, and never received any help. Well, after getting PRK laser vision correction, my symptoms became extreme. I was surviving off eye drops and couldn't go anywhere without them on my person. Thankfully, my eye doctor at the time retired and sold his practice. It was then that I decided to try The Vision Studio. Dr. White did a thorough examination and identified multiple causes for my dry eye symptoms. I was in rough condition since I had gone so long without any treatment. The dry eye treatments they provide really work. He has changed my life! I no longer carry eye drops with me everywhere, and very rarely have to use them. I only wish I had gone here sooner!! Thank you Dr. White and the entire Vision Studio team!!!
