Very good customer service. Everyone was very professional and helpful. My criticism is that I am not impressed with the new charge in the contact lens department. It’s not Heidi’s fault, so not criticizing her, but I fail to understand why this charge was added. I am led to believe it’s a fitting fee. I have never needed to get fitted after my appointment with the physician or Optometrist.

I was very pleased overall. The reception staff members were cordial and efficient, as was my intake tech. Dr. Dunham is the best. My entire appointment started and ended ahead of schedule. Good job!!

Very satisfied.\n The doctor and technicians were very thorough. And genuinely friendly personnel. When?\n I left.\n There was no questions that I wish I had asked and got answered. No rush job. I left another eye.\n Doctor.\n Of many years because of what I called a rush. Job

Very impressed with staff. Willing to help and very professional. They are truly interested in what is going on with my healthcare. Asked me several times if I had any questions. Very impressive organization.

The experience overall was good :) The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve always had the eye scan done due to migraines, eye twitching, and floaters. Since they offered it as an optional add-on and I agreed to it, they didn't code it as medically necessary for insurance purposes, even though my insurance normally does cover it when coded appropriately. It wasn’t a huge out-of-pocket cost, but it was more the principle of it. There were no surprises since they did explain beforehand that many insurance plans don’t cover it; however, proper coding definitely helps (which could have been explained). In hindsight, maybe I should have waited until the optometrist specifically recommended it during the exam. That said, the staff were very kind, the office looked great, and they even had a Starbucks coffee machine with hot cocoa and chai available for patients (maybe that’s where the extra money goes 😉).
