I’m a new patient here and I’m very impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient while still being very thorough. Dr. Dau was excellent. She explained everything to me in detail and reviewed all of my options with me. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before and I feel very confident in my results.

Great experience. The staff was helpful; the entire visit was efficient but thorough. The doctor did not try to upsell me for dry eye treatment which I appreciated. My progressive lenses are the first pair of progressives that were 100% clear as soon as I put them on. Typically, it takes me a week or so to get used to an updated prescription progressive.

The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results and answered all of my questions without rushing. The office was clean, organized, and well-equipped with modern technology. Scheduling was easy, and I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Overall, the level of care and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, knowledgeable team.

I cannot recommend North Garland Vision based on my experience. While Dr. Suder was professional, the customer service from the office staff was extremely disappointing. There were multiple communication and service issues throughout the process. I was contacted and told that my glasses were ready for pickup, but after driving to the office, I learned that they had actually meant my brother's glasses—not mine. This mistake wasted my time and could have been avoided with basic attention to detail. When I finally received my prescription sunglasses, the lenses were not made correctly. Instead of clear vision, I see noticeable blue, pink, and green color distortions when looking through them. This is not what I expected from prescription eyewear, and it has left me questioning the quality of the work. The office staff are dismissive, rude on the phone, and generally come across as having a poor attitude toward patients. They act as though they're being inconvenienced for doing their job.

Both Dr Simmons and her staff were friendly. Dr Simmons competed one of the most thorough and personalized eye exams I’ve ever had. Great experience and will continue to remain a patient here
