I have been using North Idaho Eye and seeing Dr. Gleason for 3 years now. I have been very pleased with the level of care I have received. I recently had an urgent situation arise and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. Excellent care and my concerns were heard and addressed. I highly recommend North Idaho Eye!
I was dealing with no joke. My ophthalmologist is booked into nearly a year. I accepted another woman and was pleased with Katie the optometrist, fun knowledgeable lady and recieved good care. Yes, Hayden office is a great extention of the Coeur d’Alene branch. We needed this branch since our community has doubled.
Super impressed with this business. My spouse had an emergency on a Saturday and called the number and got an after hours answering service who was able to connect him with an Opthalmologist on call to talk to to see if he needed immediate attention. He told him what to watch for and said if vision deterioration did not occur with the other symptoms then he could wait until Monday to get right in for an exam. On Monday he called and was able to be seen at 10:00 at the office that was closest to us. Fortunately, it was a vitreous tear and not a retina tear but we were so impressed with our contact with them it prompted this very long review!
Everyone is so warm and friendly, the thouroughness of everything they do is astounding. I felt heard, I was comfortable, all my questions were answered regarding LASIK as well as PRK when it was mentioned. I feel very comfortable going back for any procedure. The atmosphere and staff are 10/10!!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Duke read my charts thoroughly and discussed what she felt would be the best path for me. Highly recommend.
