I have been coming to Northcenter Eye Care, now Rosin, for over 20 years. The doctors are friendly and professional. The assistants who helped me find glasses listen carefully to help me find the best style and fit. Isabel is incredible! I trust her sense of style and always feel like I leave with the perfect pair. I highly recommend Northcenter Eye Care!
Rosin/NorthCenter Eye Care is the only establishment I go to for my eye health and my eyewear, I have gotten glasses, contacts, and even RX Ski Goggles here and never been disappointed. I've been a patient here for 20+ years when the office was on Lincoln Ave. Everyone is professional, friendly and most important caring. They have state of the art examination equipment and a good selection of quality frames and lens.
Excellent experience. They dialed in my new prescription perfectly. Got lenses for my existing cycling frames, no problem. Ended up getting a pair of prescription Ray Bans too. Great customer service. They treat you like family.
I have been a patient at Rosin Eye Care for 24 years, and I have continued to return because of the exceptional, personalized attention I consistently receive from Isabel and Daisy. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely make patients feel seen and valued. Unfortunately, my experience during my recent visit with Dr. Collins was disappointing. I felt rushed during my appointment, and the level of customer service did not meet the standard I have come to expect from this practice. For a long-time patient, that was disheartening. Customer service is extremely important in healthcare, especially in a practice built on long-term patient relationships. While I remain loyal to Rosin Eye Care because of the outstanding staff, I believe Dr. Collins would benefit from additional training in patient communication and customer care. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit intended, as I would like to see the level of care remain consistent across all providers.
