I have had a great experience with Dr. Irvin and the staff at Northside Eye Care not only this year, but every year. Dr. Irvin and his team are truly outstanding. From the moment you walk through the door until the final checkout, every step is handled with professionalism, care, and attention. I highly recommend Northside Eyecare!

Love Dr. Jeff Irvin, takes great care of my eyes, but, on July 6th, I came in to get prescription sunglasses. The girl that waited on me was new. She quoted a price that was incorrect, which she caught. She then took it to her manager to help her get the right price. She returned with a new price, I agreed to the new price. July 20th, I had not heard anything from your company about my sunglasses. I called, I was told that your company has been trying to get ahold of me. Well , that was a lie. I have not received any missed calls or messages from this company. They asked me if I wanted the non-scratch lens that I always get, I said yes. They told me that it will be $40 more. This will be the third time that they have changed my price. We went over the non-scratch lens in the first price she gave me. Unacceptable, unacceptable, unacceptable. I don’t blame the new girl, I blame the manager who helped the new girl with the pricing. unacceptable. Update still have not heard from anyone from this company about the mistake again unacceptable. Literally the BEST optometrist group in the area! I've gone here for several years, & Dr. Bigham always takes the time to explain everything in a way you can understand. From explaining exactly what your eyes are doing, to fully explaining all corrective lens options so you can decide on your own which route works best for you. Their office has all the latest equipment to analyze your eyeballs, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, if you're looking for an optometrist, look no further!

I have seen Dr. Irvin at Northside Eyecare Associates for 10+ years. He's the best in the business! Highly recommended.

This was my first time in this eye care shop, and everyone is very friendly. But after a nice lady finished with my eye measurements, etc. I was told to go look at all the frames and pick out the frames I liked while I waited on the optometrist to call me into the room. In which my appointment was at 8:45 a.m. and the lady was done with me by 9:15 a.m. and as I looked at my clock and saw it was then 10:58 a.m. and I had a Doctor's appointment at 11:10 a.m. with a different doctor, I had to stop one of the ladies as she walked by and asked if she knew how much longer it would be for the optometrist to call me into his room, she was very apologetic that I had been waiting almost an two hours for him to call me in, she decided to go on and take me to his room and told him I had waiting. And I totally understand that sometimes things like this happen's sometimes. So I do want to give this place another try because my daughter has been going here for the past 5 years and she loves it.
