This is a great office with an incredible staff! Doctor Ragan has been very helpful and always takes time to listen and make sure my eyes are in top shape. The front staff and Michelle are all great. I have been using them for years and will continue coming back! Thank you.

I would give 6 stars if possible. I’ve been going to see Dr. Ragan for over two years. My son and husband are also patients. Everyone in the office is always pleasant and professional. Scheduling an appointment to fit my schedule is always easy. Dr. Logan is always, thorough, knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail for those who have no knowledge in this field. During a consultation at a totally separate and unaffiliated cosmetic surgery office, I was given a diagnosis that seemed to me to be inaccurate. In addition to the cost of the intended procedure ($13,000+) , I was told I needed a biopsy on something on my eyelid prior to surgery. This biopsy is extremely expensive and the laboratory is not in my healthcare network. I started to question this diagnosis because I see Dr. Ragan twice a year and most recently a month again. Dr. Ragan has never mentioned this issue. I contacted him by email, he called me within 15 minutes and I was at his office within the hour. He wanted to ensure asap that this diagnosis was accurate. Dr. Ragan thoroughly reviewed my file and did a detailed exam looking for any issues. He couldn’t find any issues. He took pictures of my eye and showed me a comparison of several eyes that did and did not have the diagnosis that was given by this other practice. I did not see anything like what the other facility suggested. Dr. Hainan came in and did the exam on my eyes as well. She didn’t see anything either. Once again, Northsight Vision does not offer the procedure that I was considering, so there is no benefit either way to them for their findings. Bottom line, they not only saved me $1,000s of dollars, they saved me from getting an unnecessary and unjustified expensive procedure. Most importantly, they wanted to ensure that I did not have a medical issue that needed immediate treatment.

Dr. Hanian and Dr. Ragan are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took their time with me and were very thorough in their examination and explanation. Their staff was very friendly and accommodating, they helped me pick out lenses. I would highly recommend Northsight Vision Center for anyone looking for an Optometrist.

I've been seeing Dr Hanian for nearly 10 years. She is by far my favorite eye Dr I have ever been to in the 25 years I've worn glasses or contacts. I've referred a ton of friends, family and co workers who have all been pleased. She is honest, thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff (especially Nicole) are fantastic. On top of all of the above they clearly understand the structure of my vision insurance and I've never had an issue like I did with other providers in the past.
