Everyone seems very nice there, however it feels like, let's hurry up get you in and push you over into purchasing glasses that are overpriced. Also was not tickled when I had scheduled an appointment with Dr Eric Tjelle (who I love) and got Dr. Borgen because they rescheduled me and didn't keep the same Doctor for my appointment. Then 30 minutes after I left, I get a text that I am scheduled for next year, no show is $50. I go every 2 years and if I don't call them to cancel, I'll be paying $50 for no show.

The best eye care place to go in town!!! The staff are so kind. The professionals who help you pick out glasses are top notch. The doctor is thorough and uses the newest eye technology in this area. I'm always pleased when I get new glasses here!!!

Absolutely horrible billing. Went in for an appointment back in November. When Id left thought everything was paid for. First week of February I get billed just a few days before it was due. Go in to try and pay it. Reception desk was closed for hour n a half lunch break. So I pay online. Only to get a bill saying I was late on payment and charged me full amount plus interest. Never going to Northwest Eye Center again.

Dr. Tjelle is excellent in both his thorough examinations and his in depth explanation of your condition and how to treat it. He also excels in his candor with the patients. Very easy going experience. The frame selection and periodic sales on inventory are great as well. Highly recommend!

They were speedy, kind, and thoughtful. I went in because I was experiencing extreme pain in my left eye. They were able to see me within 5 minutes of calling and was in to the doctor 10 minutes later with a piece of metal safely removed from eye. Thank you so very much to everyone at Northwest Eye Center ❤️
