Professional team with a personal and caring approach. This surgery center’s staff inspires confidence. They are thorough, detailed, focused on safety. My surgeon is Dr Bailey. She seems to really love her work and it shows. She explains the procedures clearly and without rushing through. The nurses and techs are also friendly and competent. Eye surgery can be disquieting and scary even. However, I felt this team was careful and skilled each step of the way.

The eye exam I received at Northwest Eye Surgeons was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Not only was everything done well, but the entire staff could not be nicer or more professional. From the front desk, to the medical assistant and on to the doctor (DO), everyone there shows great concern for your well being and the quality of the exam you receive. Add to this wonderful care is a very nice facility. It's a very nice setting, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you need an eye exam, or care for your eyes, this is the place you want to use.

I left feeling very confident in the doctors abilities. The atmosphere in the office was wonderful - like health care offices used to be and so rarely are anymore.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Justin Wright at the Mt. Vernon office. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He identified my issues and informed me of my treatment options. He went out of his way to help me get a referral. I was / am very happy with my experience and appreciate Dr. Wright. The office staff was helpful and friendly.

I've had other eye doctors tell me I needed to have surgery on my eyes but I never felt comfortable with the person I was talking to. I am very comfortable with Northwest eye surgeons and and getting both of my cataracts removed. I have already referred them to several people
