I see my oncologist here. They redid the furniture in the waiting area. Just feels too close together. The way it was during my treatment in 2024 was much better. I was sitting there waiting for my blood draw. A family of two people sat next to me and then a worker proceeded to give them information on what they had to do next and their doctor. I felt that she could have talked to them in a private area. Having been through cancer is one thing.

My grandmother had an appointment a week ago and one of the MAs on the 20th floor I think her name was Roy. She was very nasty to me and my grandmother saying very racist remarks. We have been seeing Dr.Winograd for years and had never had an issue before I am appalled how NYU would have such people working at a cancer center.

I had a surgery and stayed overnight in August 2019 at NYU Langone on 11th floor, must say I had a really surprisingly great experience, with all the providers and my room was super nice and clean!

My son just got his tonsils removed at NYU Langone by Dr. April and I am truly pleased with the treatment we received from everyone. Since the fist day to the very last to post op check up. Everyone has been amazing with checking on my son making sure his recovery is going well. Also before the surgery we had this wonderful lady explaining everything to my son and she was just wonderful making him feel at easy about his procedure she was truly amazing! And a big big one is the hospital was clean and friendly and welcoming staff. THANK YOU DR. APRIL!
