Worst service ever in my life. Bought some Oakley Metas and they just stopped working under a year and you have to send in a picture of the serial number on the glasses (which is ineligible to see in a photo)to be able to get warranty service instead of just confirming by my product number and receipt that I bought the glasses. This company is a joke. Another brand that needs to be done away with.

Austin was awesome and helped me out quite a bit. He also shared the buy one get one 30% off that really helped push our purchase decision. First pair of Oakleys ever coming from Ray Ban. Definitely made me feel like a wanted customer.
