We visited today and were helped by the sweetest girl named Madison. She told us she was new, but j wouldn’t have guessed. Honestly, everyone who worked there knows how to take care of people.

Went into this location 7/3/24 around noon and had the best experience. The associate was so fun, helpful, and knowledgeable! I forgot to get her name, but this is her second time helping our family, and she deserves a shout-out!

The lady was very helpful in finding me the right pair. The gentleman there entertained my 5 years old son allowing me to shop uninterrupted. He was exceptional and deserves a raise. Way above and beyond what I'd expect for service.

The customer service at this sunglass hut is exceptional! I’ve visited it many times over the years to have my Lens Cleanser refilled and the staff were always friendly. Recently, I had an issue with my favorite Ray-Ban sunglasses, which I found out were discontinued. I’ve had the sunglasses for ten years, so I guess this wasn’t a big surprise. Kelly tried to find replacement lenses for me, but the lenses were out of stock. She offered some other similar sunglasses and listened to my feedback when I did not like them. After just a couple of options, she found my new perfect pair! She also offered to replace the lenses in my old pair of sunglasses if the lenses became available. Well, I was able to get the replacement lenses for my old favorite pair of sunglasses and returned to the store. This time, Ricardo assisted me and he replaced the lenses without hesitation. I loved the new pair of sunglasses, so I still have them, but I have a back-up too. The experience made my day, and I really appreciated the assistance. I’ll be sure to buy all my sunglasses with Sunglass Hut especially at the Water Tower Place location.
