Dimitri is an incredible sales person. I called in looking for a specific pair of sunglasses and there was only one left and he said he would put them on the side for me. I made my way out from Oak Park and he ended up showing me a few items from our conversation and in the end made a very seamless transaction with me. A long-standing employee like that deserves recognition.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly recommend this store! I came in because I had broken the frame of my glasses. Since my glasses are quite expensive, I was worried about the cost of replacing the frame. To my surprise, one of the employees helped me out and gave me a replacement frame for free. That level of customer service is rare these days. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Thank you so much to the entire team for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it and will definitely recommend this store to others! 10/10 services

Right from get-go, Dmitri was welcoming and helpful in customizing the frame and upgrade our lenses to Prizm Polarized. He was patient in trying different shades of lenses and thoughtful in suggesting what suits best for running, along with being stylish. Best Oakley store in the Chicagoland!

I visited this location and met Dmitri, who was an outstanding fitter. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the product, comfortable using the fitting technology, and friendly to boot.
