Gabriel and Ricardo have been fantastic throughout my experience here. Gabriel helped me find the right frames and had them fitted perfectly when they arrived ahead of schedule. After a couple of visits and some adjustments, I noticed a defect in the lenses — Ricardo took care of it right away and replaced both the lens and frame completely free of charge. No questions asked, no hassle. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated.

Gabriel has been awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered any of my questions regarding their Meta Glasses. After my purchase, I got a minor issue with the Vanguard glasses with app connections, but his post-support help is commendable.
