Great experience the employee went out of his way to take care of me.Replaced 3 sets of socks on my 3 pair of Okley's due to heat from sitting in my vehicles. He also cleaned all 3 for me as well. Being it was Father's day I decided to buy a pair of Titanium Plantaris Sc while I was there.

Daniel and Abe were a great help in helping me order my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Can't wait until they show up to see how well they work. We drove 3 hours to visit as this is the closest factory Oakley outlet store. I did forget to ask about the frames discount, as they show online, I will call back and see if I can still get this discount, even though the order has been made. If these sunlasses work out and I like them, I may check back with them to see how much a regular pair of clear prescription lens are for the same frames. Update: I needed to make a visit back to the Oakley store for an adjustment, new manager Rueben and Abe, once again, were wonderful to work with. I really enjoy my new prescription sunglasses 😎

I went into the Oakley store tonight to order some new prescription sunglasses. I could’ve ordered them on their website, but I had a couple of questions about my prescription and also wanted to try them on in person before I purchased them. Reuben was very helpful in answering all of my questions, both about Oakley products and my RX. I ended up ordering a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses and another pair of prescription lenses to replace those plain lenses in my custom Oakleys that I purchased a couple years ago. Now that I need glasses, I will be able to see with my sunglasses that I already had. Ruben was very nice and took the time to price match the price. I was quoted online for the in-store price as well. I am very pleased and will pick up my new shades in 10 business days or less.

I had purchased a protection plan that expired last September and brought my daughter’s sunglasses in that had a broken tab and the associate there named Ivana, honored the protection plan, even though it was three months past. I have always had a great service at the Oak Park Mall store. Still have a pair of sunglasses I bought over 20 years ago from that store

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super helpful customer service and a fantastic assortment of glasses to choose from. I had to swap out a pair while visiting from Germany, and the team made the process not only easy but also enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
