Oakley Vault #b056

I had to return a pair of sunglasses that I bought online. Went to Gurnee oakley and a gentleman named William helped me. Extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He is awesome!! By far the BEST experience I ever had in a store of any type over 56 years in my life! Many other places should model their reps after this store!!!

My husband and I went in today to get glasses just for him, we found a few pair that were nice. I asked the salesmen if they had any for women.. Talk about fantastic customer service! Each and every sales person were so helpful and engaging, helping me to find the perfect pair of sunglasses. After picking out some sharp ones for me the one salesman found another pair that weren’t on the floor that I loved even more than the initial pair I picked out. Such a great crew of helpful guys over there. My husband prefers Oakley and this was our second time at this store. We each got a pair of sunglasses. Needless to say we’ll be back! They have nice apparel too!

Visited today about replacing a pair of older broken sunglasses. Marissa, being the amazing associate she is, helped me find a replacement pair and even took the time to swap out the lenses to the Polarized ones from my broken pair. Will definitely be back.

Oakley Vault has been indeed my favorite toy store for several years now. Been wearing Oakleys since '93 and has never grown old on me. Year after year my collection gets bigger & bigger and to be honest if I never broke or lost any of my pairs, could easily have roughly 50 pairs by now which I wouldn't be surprised if there are avid Oakley fans out there that have a lot more. The staff are always the coolest and most down-to-earth employees in the entire mall. Store is always kept ultra clean/sanitized, sales & deals are decent and overall always a great selection of shades, apparel, backpacks, etc. I have a fair amount of apparel, have had a couple of their backpacks but it's the sunglasses I have a decent collection of which I've posted a few pics of some of them over the years. I'm aware that not only are they made in the US but in China as well to keep up with the demand. Always a quality-made product and as long as the big "O" continues to create cool stuff, I'll keep coming back.

Will is the man been dealing with him for years he always takes care of me and he is polite and super knowledgeable on all Oakley products. I highly recommend him and this Oakley Vault store in Gurnee!
