Started out great, ended not so great. One young fella in the store was super helpful and answered questions very well. Now I purchased $300 sunglasses here yesterday, went home and realized I have %50 off online so I went back in today ( a day later) to return them. When I went back in the store manager pointed out the smallest little scratch that, to be frank had to have been on the glasses when I purchased them, because I had not worn them hardly at all being that I bought them yesterday. She said they check them before sale ,however I don’t believe they did on my pair. Can’t return them and can’t use my %50 off. Other than them having the strictest return policy I’ve ever seen the store was nice. I do feel like they sold me a pair with the scratch prior and won’t return to make it right. But oh well. I’m sure you’ll have a hard time trying to find the scratch in the photo but I tried to take the best picture possible to show it.

Very disappointed in the vanguard metas. I purchased them 2 days ago and had to return them today. The Hey meta feature wouldn’t work for me anymore, tried everything that it said to try to fix the problem and it wouldn’t work. Paying for 500 dollar glasses you think there shouldn’t be any issues but there are. I’m hoping to get another pair down the road and pray it won’t happen the next time. My video audio wasn’t working either it sounded statically. Hope Oakley sees this for they can fix the problem before more people buy these! Thanks

Staff is friendly and helpful. The internet for their registers and looking up inventory sucked. Paying for the products took 3 times longer than getting custom glasses made. Staff is 10/10. Corporate is a solid 0/10 due to the internet they make their employees use.

Corey & Hayden were great sales associates. If you are visiting St. Louis; Oakley Vault employees are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The sales were GREAT!!!

Disappointing is the best word for Oakley Vault at St. Louis Premium Outlets. Either the store isn’t open, staff are “on break,” or no one is available when you actually need help. When associates are present, they’re rarely able or willing to answer questions, sell product, or demonstrate real knowledge of the brand. As an avid Oakley fan with an extensive collection, this was especially frustrating. Instead of feeling welcomed by a brand I genuinely support.
