The front desk was great. My exam was professional snd was pleased. I waited around 30 minutes to get 2 pair of glasses. I walked out , I will be buying my glasses elsewhere. I’m not going to beg a place to give them my money. A girl talked a customer for 30 minutes knowing I was waiting. The other service representative was a used car salesman. I was looking at glasses before my exam and every pair was the most popular. Really, every pair were the most popular ?

Been going here for a while for my annual eye exams, always top notch service from the nicest staff. My eye doctor is fantastic as well, providing excellent advice and of course answering all my concerns. Also a great selection of frames and sunglasses! Highly recommend!

Service was amazing! I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a piece of metal removed from my eye. Dr. Tran removed it quickly and painlessly, making the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the visit. Thank you!

Everyone was amazing, genuine, and kind. It made my day. Thank you for all that! They had so many frame selections to choose from, I am so happy with my decision (TY Elisa, you are wonderful for helping me) and would recommend and prefer my friends and family anyday! My family has been going to OC Eye Designs for years. Exceptional service, knowledgable staff. The Doctors are excellent in how they take the time to explain good eye health practices, options, and with care and concern. Highly recommend.
