At first I wanted to give 3 stars but that wouldn’t be a fair representation of the staff there at Omni dental 🤗 location is good the staff is what makes ppl come! Friendly super understanding and greeting you with a warm smile soon as you walk in. My son has a huge fear of x rays and usually he will throw up but the first assistant with our first visit there unfortunately I forgot her name, was so patient and knew how to talk to him that he did not throw up 🥰 and the second assistant a guy amazing ppl person super friendly and explained everything to my kiddo top notch. The actual doctor I don’t care for she’s dismissive and barely looks at you no explanation to me nothing! How in the world can a place with staff like this have such negative aura from a doctor. Anywho I will return because the staff made my kid feel safe and heard not because I’m so impressed with the doctor that’s why 1 star less I was going to give 3 cause having a doctor that works with children should have a big impact on children should be patient listen and explain things, but the staff pick up the slack.
Came in as a walk in to get my son’s vaccines done. They were not able to get them done so they scheduled me 15 minutes away to a different spot. I drove all the way over there just to get a call in the parking lot saying they couldn’t fill it out for my son. He needs vaccines for school which starts next week. I tried scheduling an appointment and they said he isn’t due till December so they can’t. And anything sooner is month after I need the vaccines. The last visit they never told me my son was due for anything. Now my son can’t enroll into school because you guys never have staff and never have people who know how to do their job. Congrats, you just lost 3 patients. And your call center saying I’m not on the hippa paperwork and would let me fill out an appointment when IM THE ONE WHO SETS EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT is incompetent.
I came in to order a replacement pair of glasses because I misplaced mine approximately 2 weeks prior, Leslie was so nice and professional. It would take me 6-8 weeks for my new pair to come in and I was like I really can't wait that long so she referred me to this place on MING by the Big5 that make your glasses same day. Thanks so much, Leslie.
Had a appointment at 945am didnt leave til 1pm this place is a joke. All the workers do is play around. Multiple people leave during apps because they take too long. ESPECIALLY THE DOCTORS.
