My experience was professional, courteous and helpful from booking my first appointment to picking out my glasses. Dr. A is professional, knowledgeable and welcomed any questions I had. He answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. Every staff member that I spoke with treated me well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The optometrist, Dr. Aoyama, and his team are amazing!! Our appointments are quick and precise. He is very great at what he does, and his staff is very helpful when choosing glasses and running through insurance and options. My daughter and I are very satisfied patients!

I went here to get contacts because my kids go here and like the place. I had dirt in my eyes the Dr. poured solution in and let it run all over my face and in my mouth, wouldn't give me contacts because my eyes were dry and the script is off I can not use my new glasses after having them returned to the lab. Now I need a new exam to correct this one, will not be going back here.

I enjoy the employees friendly service whether I’m here for an appointment or just pop in for a frame adjustment. Either way this office is airy, open and easy to check in on the iPad at front desk. I didn’t even need to wait for 1 minute before I was called back. You won’t go wrong if you choose this as your eye doctor or frames location. It’s a positive upscale vibe and I love coming in and getting out quickly. They are also staffed with bilingual employees speaking Punjabi and Cantonese and Japanese so if you are more comfortable with those languages feel free to patronize this business!
