I had an awesome experience, I was helped from the start. I had a great experience thanks to Luis as well. I was able to grab my exam, and order my two pairs of glasses within an hour. I appreciate that Luis was very helpful and guided me through everything. He answered all of my questions and he explained everything well for me to take care of my eyes! Price was $600 for two pairs of glasses and my eye exam but thanks to my husband for me it was freeeee. Luis once again delivered well once I came for pick up and greeted me. I appreciate him remember us , def coming back again for my next time as well!

My glasses broke this morning (wish I would've took a picture) but I was completely out of contacts & no glasses with a busy day ahead of me I walked in with little to no hope & although they didn't have my exact frame, they were able to help me out & replace them very quickly! I was in & out of there in 10 minutes!! Shout out to Emily & Eddie!! they were both super helpful & got me token care of. 10/10 Customer Service!

Visited Stanton earlier this year and had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and were able to have glasses ready the next morning since my visit was near closing time. Clean atmosphere and playing vibing music while waiting time. Fast and affordable prices. Need glasses? a stop should be made here!

I had such an amazing experience! Yaire was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire consultation and truly cared about my concerns. I left feeling informed, confident about my purchase, and grateful for such excellent care. Highly recommend!

I would give them a zero BUT customer service was actually good so they earned a start. Now, I went in there to check out a white little ball on my eye ball. When I made the appointment, I selected the eye exam thinking that was the right choice for them to see that little ball that I have. Well, long story short, they kept asking me if I was getting an eye exam for glasses which I answered no several times. I just wanted them to check out that little white ball that appeared randomly. They gave me two options: I can either select a dry test or a OCT evaluation. I thought that if I get both exams, the doctor would be able to tell me if it was something that I should be worried about or not. Turns out that they don’t have a physical doctor but an online doctor, which I was not informed until the end. To top it off, at the end of the consultation, the lady begins to show me kinds of treatment but never tells me the diagnosis or anything like that. Then I read the report it says “ patient is advised to see in person doctor to assess ‘white ball ‘ on eye. I am extremely upset because I didn’t get my questions answered and my time was wasted. It would have been best that I was told that they don’t have a licensed doctor on staff so that I don’t waste my time being there. Really upsetting.
