I've been a patient with Jennifer Burrows for over 10 years at this practice. When I'm unable to see Jen, Molly takes over and am very pleased with both. They understand and take care of any questions or concerns in the most helpful way. Amazing care and pleasant bedside manner. The office staff is friendly and handles paperwork in timely fashion. I highly recommend this office.
Doctors are great. Staff is hit or miss. Wait times are terrible. Trying to get them to do anything over the phone such as sending over lab work orders is like pulling teeth.
This might be the ONLY time ive ever written a review on Google. Literally the only person keeping this place in business is Jenn Burrows the PA. I swear to god. I've been going to this place for YEARS. When I order my medications it takes them no less than 2 weeks for the nurses to change my prescription if it was rejected by my insurance company. You will wait for hours before an appointment, it's overall horrible customer service. The front desk acts as if it's your fault whenever theres an error...which there is. Every. Single. Time. Once had to wait 2 MONTHS for a new prescription. And this was after calling almost 3x times a week. Noone touches base with you, and the place is extremely dissorganized. As I'm typing this I'm sitting in the waiting room...waiting for them to change my prescription AGAIN..I've been here for an hour already due to their screwup. Getting my records and leaving for good.
Doctors are really good been going here for the past 25 years. The staff behind the counter on the other hand are garbage. The past couple of years the people they’ve been hiring should be fired. I’ve went to three different doctors that need referral over the past five years and every time my referral was never sent over and I had to fight through voicemails and hold while at my appointment for the referral.
I've been seeing dr costa for over 30yrs there & now that he's gone they should close that practice, the staff & other so called doctor's r totally incompetent, it's criminal how bad that practice is now without him !
