I would usually give this place 4 stars and Dr. Isaacson would would get 5 stars but not today. I have been a patient for years and ended up getting something in my eye on Sunday. Called Monday to make an appt to be told to come in on Thursday. Really?? Thursday afternoon??? They called back a little later and switched appt to Wednesday morning. A little better, but still a ways off. Wednesday gets here and I go in for my appt only to be told they have to check with Dr. Isaacson to see if he'll see me because I can't wear a mask (trauma and health reasons). He tells them he won't see me. Like I said, been a patient for years...more than a decade...he even has a nickname for my husband who is also a patient. Needless to say, I found someone who will see me without a mask and will probably change over to this doctor. If Dr. Isaacson can't stick by me, I can't stick by him.
