This company hires professionals from the check-in, to the Optical department, to their doctors. I have been to multiple locations and find that same level service at every location. Saw Dr. Loock at the Creve Coeur for the first time and found her to be knowledgeable, thorough, with the ability to discuss my issue in depth in terms easy to understand. She answered all my questions with a back and forth discussion. My appointment ran over 30 minutes with testing and factfinding proceedures. I can see where being late for an appointment would hinder that level of service for others that follow your appointment. Dr. Loock is top notch. Thank you for protecting my vision the way you do. To Everyone at this Ophth. Office, From the time I arrived at the front desk everyone was so kind. They took me in and waited on me all in efficient time. Dr. K. Loock was very kind, did a great job on all the tests, told me what was wrong and recommended and scheduled a appt. With a a retina specialist.
