They are FANTASTIC! I have never had a provider go through my insurance benefits as throughly as these people. The examine is so through. The aftercare of selecting glasses is great. They know what you can get and provide detailed information on all products and services. I have the best eyeglasses I've had in years.

I had a fantastic visit at Optimart in Brooksville Florida yesterday. I was so amazed and thrilled about the customer service from each individual I came in contact with. Shelby at the front desk, and Angela, and other associates helped me go through a crazy amount of glasses before I found the one I wanted. Great job at this business.
Thankyou for text about my bad experience recently. I am in the process of writing a review. I don't frequently write reviews but as a 76 year old senior citizen I do not enjoy being lied to or talked down to by a younger person. When I am done with the review you may reach out to me. I've gone to Sight 360 Opti-mart for 2 or 3 years now and never had a bad experience like this last visit one month ago. It was the worst. I have never paid extra for "upgraded progressive lenses" and had no idea they even existed. I do not need to be upgraded and don't know what their purpose is. I also used my old frames this time and did not pick out new ones. I can understand paying a $30 or even a $50 copayment, but not $200 for an option I don't even need. Danielle claims she fully explained this to me as she does with all customers, and that I verbalized understanding, and agreed to the $200 upgrade. But i can assure you she did not explain that the $200 would come out of my Flex Account, nor did I verbally agree. I also did not know what I was signing on the Ultimate Master Card agreement. I have no knowledge of how these Flex Plans work as this is the first time I've had one, so when she handed it to me for my signature she did not explain that any money would be coming out of my Flex Account. I always try to keep my new glasses under the price that my basic plan benefit will cover. That is $400 and I fully expected to pay no more than that. I have always been able to get my eyeglasses for paying at the most a $30 copay out the door. She, Danielle, printed a copy of the invoice for me. It is so confusing that it was impossible for a lay person to understand. That's when I found out she had charged the $200 to my Flex Account. Please continue to read below? One more issue I want to address. The only reason I went in there yesterday is to tell someome that my left lens is not clear and that when I try to read small print it's blurry and I have to shut my left eye and read small print with my right eye. I've been trying to get used to them and let my eyes adjust. So it's at this point when I discovered my Flex card had been charged. I have to close the left eye and read with my right eye only. I felt like she was arguing with me and telling me how my vision should be. She reluctantly scheduled me for a repeat eye exam with the Optometrist to have it rechecked. I had told Dr. Disarming as soon as she came in the room that my left eye was not working well with the current lens in my old glasses and that I was experiencing blurriness. I have had a Medicare Advantage Plan ever since I retired years ago. And have never experienced anything like this. So, bottom line, I am respectfully requesting the $200 be returned to my Flex Account ASAP so I will be able to use the total Flex amount to get my additional Dental Services that I badly need. Thank you, Sharon Sandstrom
The person who tested my vision never identified herself. I asked if she was the doctor and she said no. I asked her name, which she finally gave after having to ask again. I recently got glasses from the Veterans Administration, but I also wanted to get a pair through my own insurance as well. She was questioning, with attitude, why I wanted to do that. I told her because I'm entitled to them and I want an extra pair. She seemed to have a real problem with that. I have no problem with the exam she gave me, but she was cold and unfriendly, almost bordering on rude. I went back to the waiting area and then was called by someone else. She started asking me a few routine questions. I asked if she was the doctor. She said yes but still didn't identify herself. I did mention immediately that nobody here seems to identify themselves or their position. She said was getting to that, but it was quite obvious that she had no intention of doing so. She was also cold and unfriendly. Overall, no one smiled, was friendly or made me feel welcome. The whole experience was uncomfortable.
Incredibly professional and courteous staff, I was treated with kindness and care by every person working at this location. The doctor is excellent. Perfect bedside manner, made everything approachable and understandable, and really went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.
