Great experience as always!! The staff is super friendly, professional, and takes the time to discuss options. Dr. Egan is always thorough, very easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable. The visit was quick, efficient, and I will continue to bring my entire family there. I highly recommend and look forward to seeing everyone again in the next few weeks!
The staff here is amazing. They are all very caring, helpful, and polite. Dr. Egan is the best eye doctor I ever went to. Both my dad and I are extremely happy with The Optical and Hearing Center in Jefferson, NJ. I highly recommend it. I now live 2 hours away from Jefferson but will still make the drive up to Jefferson because that’s how happy I am with Dr. Egan and the staff. Thank you Dr. Egan and staff you all are awesome
Nice office, friendly staff, the eye test was very thorough. The actual Dr was virtual but the whole experience went very smoothly. The contact lenses I needed were in stock so I got to try them out the same day. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience with my glasses! Melissa was exceptional and really knew her stuff! Definitely ask for her she went above and beyond!
My family and I have been a patients for years. Always a positive experience from booking to check-in to technical exam and ultimately private time with Dr Egan. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks enough for the amazing RECENT experience that I had being cared for by Dr Egan, Tracy and her team….THEY SAVED MY EYE!!! I was experiencing some flashes and floaters and was lucky enough to get in to see Dr Egan for an exam. Upon spotting an anomaly, Dr Egan and team expeditiously facilitated an emergency appointment for me with a retina specialist ON A SATURDAY! Had I not received the very urgent laser treatment needed to repair my retinal detachment and tear, I would have been hospitalised and would have needed to have undergone surgery. Thanks to The OHC, It’s 24 hours later and my eye health is at 100% and my vision is 20/20! PS - my situation is somewhat genetic and my mother received the same level of care and rescue from DR E and team!!!! WE ARE SOOOOO GRATEFUL!!!
