I came here for a second opinion after a bad experience. The staff here is amazing—so helpful, informative, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish! I really appreciated how both the technician and doctor explained the steps and process of what was happening, as well as taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain my opinions about contacts. The store itself is well designed and has a casually cool video and offers a wide range of designer glasses. 😎🙌🏼🌟

My family and I got our annual eye exams at Optical Edge and we had a wonderful experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The optometrist did thorough exams and answered all of our questions/concerns. They have a nice selection of frames too!

We love Optical Edge!!! Everyone is always so pleasant, helpful and patient! The exams are thorough and never feel rushed. My son started contacts recently, and they were so patient and encouraging when showing him how to put in and remove the contact lenses. Thank you!!!

I recently visited this optometrist’s office for the second time, and once again, I had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. What stood out most to me was the punctuality—something that’s often lacking in many medical offices. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, and I was seen immediately with no waiting time at all. From the front desk to the doctor’s assistant to the optometrist, every interaction put me at ease. Each step of the process was clearly explained, and I always felt informed and comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a smooth, efficient, and friendly eye care experience.

This place was a gem! I have been to three different locations to have my Gucci (floating frame) hinges repaired to no avail. I came here, on a whim and prayer…; and not only could Richard fix them, but he did it expeditiously, with such kindness and courtesy. From the moment I walked through the door, Amilia offered perhaps the most incredible customer service experience I have had in years.
