I had a wonderful experience at this optical office. Katherine was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit in gettingnew glasses for my son. She went above and beyond to make sure my son got the specific glasses he wanted (color and style), even taking the time to special order them for him. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's clear that she truly values her customers and wants them to be happy. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent service and quality eye care. What an amazing experience. Kat is so personal and wonderful to work with. She explained everything from all the different ways glasses are measures to how the features of lenses work. Something that the commercial eye stores never went over. Kat has a passion for helping find the right pair for you. Highly recommend!!

Optical Experts is fantastic! I recently got a new prescription from my Ophthalmologist and I needed someone to convert several different pairs of glasses that I had. Kathryn was just that person. She is very sweet and listens to your needs. I am a sculptor and now have to wear 'readers' when I weld. She updated my shop glasses to match my new prescription and got them perfectly aligned. She also worked on a new pair of frames that I bought when I was in Memphis. Although I did not purchase frames from her shop, she had a great selection of frames. She is an excellent optical craftsman and I cannot recommend her highly enough. So glad she is in Watkinsville!

I had a great experience at Optical Experts LLC! The service was fast and efficient from start to finish. The staff was very personable and easy to work with, which made the whole visit enjoyable. They also have a wide selection of frames to choose from, so it’s easy to find something that fits your style. On top of that, their repair service is quick and reliable. Highly recommend if you need glasses or repairs done right and done fast!

I had a sunglasses problem yesterday where the arm of my glasses broke off and no screw to be found. I waited on my fiancé to get off work we went to go eat and he was saying let’s try here after we eat and so we did. We were welcomed and greeted a woman with a heart of gold💛 that not only fixed them but cleaned them as well. We offered to pay but she didn’t mind doing it for the sake of my eye sight in which I’m blessed❤️. We talked about where I got my glasses and she gave us so much information that we didn’t know about. We were in there for around 2 hours of talking that we knew she was the right person to do business with. Her store was beautiful regardless that it was a fish store but she made it work and the vibes were outstanding. She gave me motherly vibes like even better than my own mother. She gave us a quote that afternoon and we will definitely be back as soon as we gather the information we need before going in asap. We love you Kathryn aka Kat (for short) love the Noah’s❤️
