Optical Outlets

So glad I found Optical Outlets in Lady Lake. Thank you to Lisa for initial intake and Angela for the awesome follow-up and personalized customer care. I immediately felt comfortable, welcomed and by the time all was done, like we were old friends catching up! Angela assisted me with finding the perfect pair of glasses and she did not make the experience feel rushed, or that i was taking up her time. I highly recommend Angela and the team if you want personalized, friendly service at a great price!

Had an appointment today. Candance and Angelia were both amazing. And gave excellent Customer Service. If you are in need of glasses. Go check them girls out. Also Dr. Chiaramonti was phenomenal. Had me in and out in a few minutes.

Angela was FANTASTIC! She was kind, patient & caring. She did an awesome job helping me find the right prescription sunglasses.

Hi well there isn’t much I could say other than if you are disabled don’t go to this establishment. For some reason it took 3 different times doing an eye examination to finally get it done. And still it’s not perfect but at least I can somewhat see. The only thing is after dropping over 500$ I will still have to go elsewhere so if you want to waste your time and money go here But I would stay far away and go to somewhere else more reputable. I wish I read and saw the reviews but that’s the past Goodluck everyone

Thank you Sam, I appreciated your help today! I also want to thank the optometrist, i was comfortable during the eye exam and was able to figure out what i needed. Although i was not able to get a pair of eyeglasses, i was able to leave Optical outlets feeling certain. I will be coming back here again soon! 😊
